How to download a planner?

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email containing a secure link to download your purchased file(s). Please check your spam folder if you have not received the email.

Upon purchase, you will receive a single PDF file containing the selected planner. For users with Apple devices, the file will automatically appear in your "Files" app once downloaded. To open and import the file, follow these steps:

  1. Open the PDF file in the "Files" app.*
  2. Click on the "Import" button.
  3. Select your preferred note-taking app.
  4. Import the file as a "New Document."

* For non-Apple users or those without the Files app, the PDF file will appear on the download page, typically located in the upper right corner of your web browser. Open the file from there and follow the same import instructions

If you encounter any issues, please refer to the setup video on our website or visit our Instagram account (@House_of_Plantser) for additional tutorials.

In case of an import error, try the following solutions:

  • Import the file directly within the app.
  • Force close the app by swiping up in the multitasking view, then reopen the app and attempt the import again.

My Hyperlinks do not work, what do I do?

Please ensure that Read-Only mode is turned on by tapping the pen icon at the top of the navigation bar.

In Goodnotes, you can determine whether you are in Read-Only or Editing mode by checking the color of the navigation bar. A white bar indicates Read-Only mode. Tapping the pen icon again will switch to Editing mode.

On what device can I use my planner?

Our digital products are compatible with both, Apple Devices (e.g. iPad, Mac, and iPhone), and Android Devices.

It is advised to use the planner with the following Apps:

- Goodnotes 4/5/6
- Notability

Suggestion apps for Android
- Noteshelf
- Xodo

I want to change/cancel my order

Unfortunately, after an order has been placed, we are unable to change or help you cancel it.

Refunds, returns, and cancellations are not permitted, in regard to the digital nature of your purchase. Find more informations here.

I can't find my order

Make sure to enter the right email address when placing the order. Once done, email address cannot be changed.

Please note that we are not responsible for any downloads that are not sent due to incorrect email addresses.
